Drawings and Paintings Spring 2024

This year so far has been quiet for creating art for me. But there's still been some bits to display!

Faces

One thing I've never had confidence with is faces. So as part of a book club I started going through a book explaining...how to draw faces by Jane Davenport.

Explaining layout, 3d, how to draw eyes / noses / ears etc and also that most fearsome of things. Hair!

Out and About

Also been outside by sea and greenery!

Colour

And of course colour and patterns, which helps me sort out emotions and centre myself when needed!

Finishing Up

Hoping next few months bring some larger pieces again!
