Drawing and Painting Autumn 2024

Following on from Summer 2024, with mosaics and other bits of art. Every quarter I'm keeping a record of visual creations, mostly to keep me going.
Finished First Mosaic
This quarter my biggest art piece was getting further with mosaics. I like the medium, as it lets me reuse pieces I've made elsewhere, can fit in between other activities and it's a long-term thing.

Got on with Second Mosaic (and finished)
My second mosaic is much smaller, well-put together and less work. I'll continue making these until I know what to do with them!
They're very satisfying.

More Colour and Shapes
I have done less drawing and painting, but had one evening where lots was done!
The first one is a Before and After of colour spread. Mostly to get rid of some acrylic paints that wanted using up.

The end result is one of my favourite creations so far.

This one with drips as part of same batch!

Out with Art Meetup in Porto
Our art meetup continues in Porto when I'm around and have time. Outside when nice weather or inside when not. Sitting, painting, chatting, drawing...

Finishing Up
Sometimes with a hobby it's enough to keep going, knowing that at some point it will pick up again and become something else!
What have you been creating?
